  • What is the return period of an item ?

    Items should be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. The return period of the product is mentioned along with the product description.

  • How do I return the item to favolashop.com ?

    Once you are sure you want to return the item, you can register your request from My Accounts/Orders page. You can also contact our customer support, to initiate the return. Once the return has been authorized, our courier will pick up the repackaged item from your billing address and ship it to us, or you can pick your own courier service and have it shipped. Favolashop.com will bear the cost of return shipment.

  • How do I get refunded for my returned items ?

    Under Buyer Protection, Credit Card and Net Banking transactions will be refunded to the same Account (within 4-6 weeks) which was used to make the original transaction. For COD transactions, we offer two options:
    Option 1 - We will issue a Cheque.
    Option 2 - We will credit your account with Favola Coinss equivalent to the whole amount of purchase.
    Item purchased via Favola Coinss will be refunded by crediting the refund amount as Favola Coins into your account.

  • How much time does the Return process take ?

    Once the item is received from you, we send it back to the merchant for replacement. So the return process may take between 1-3 weeks from the day the item is picked from your location.
